Part of our Art Master’s Collection, this Hercules Wine apron offers a rather tasty take on the famous Hercules and Lichas creation of Italian Neoclassical sculptor, Antonio Canova.  Hercules is depicted with an oversized basket (presumably of Chianti), on a vibrant burgundy background accentuated by graphic grape vines.  The stone at the base of the sculpture is inscribed with the Latin phrase, “In vino veritas,” which means, “In wine, there is truth”- a not so subtle reminder that consuming your PHavorite vino to excess could make you more likely to speak your hidden thoughts and desires (to pretty much anyone who will listen).  This distinctively designed Hercules wine apron is a strong gift for lovers of fine art and fine wine.  Made in Italy.  Constructed of stain-resistant fabric.  One size fits most.  Sold individually.
