This derby hat is a little less extravagant than those that grace the Kentucky Derby every year, but that’s just because you haven’t dressed it up yet! Instead of ribbons and large brims, the toppings of choice for this concrete derby pot are flowers of any color or size.  Even before the flowers start to bloom, this cement planter is striking in its own right.  If it weren’t for the telltale grey color of the cement, one could be convinced that it’s a real hat, just lying on the ground.  The texture and the attention to detail are astounding – you can see the seams inside of the hat and even folds in the “fabric”.  Who knew concrete could look so good?  Our concrete planter collection is designed in Italy by the esteemed hyperrealism artist, MArcantonio RAimondi MAlerba.  The Gentleman’s Collection includes a derby hat, top hat, bag, and shoes- all made entirely of concrete that can stand up to any weather, no problem.  Packaged in a beautifully designed wood crate.  Approximately 11” x 9″ x 4” high.  Sold individually.
