Our celebratory Progress PRIDE flag ornament will certainly make your Yuletide gay!  The beautifully designed ornament depicts a newer, more inclusive update to the traditional rainbow pride flag that has long been used as a symbol of inclusiveness among the LGBTQ+ community.  In June, 2017 our home city of Philadelphia revealed a new PRIDE flag featuring black and brown stripes at the top of the usual six rainbow stripes to represent marginalized people of color in the community.  This hand-crafted glass ornament is a celebration of the 2018 redesign of that flag by graphic artist, Daniel Quasar, which introduces three additional new colors (light blue, pink, and white) to represent transgender members of the community.  The five new colors are shaped into an arrow or a chevron pointing right to represent forward movement.  Made of mouth-blown glass, each hand-painted ornament is accented by sparkling gold glitter accents.  Approximately 3″ x 4″.  Sold individually.
