Designed by self-taught American artist, Margaret Haire, our Francis Freedom figure evokes special memories of pride and patriotism.  The artist, herself, cherishes fond memories of going with her mother and grandmother to search for just the right decoration, and hopes to do the same for collectors of her fine art.  Carefully crafted from a variety of materials including:  paper pulp, plaster, fabric, and pressed paper.  This adorable figure of a boy dressed in red, white, and blue, wears a striped top hat, and is mounted on a star shaped base.  Accented by a celebratory drum and American flag, he makes the perfect addition to any patriotic decor collection!  Approximately 10” high.  Sold individually.
